Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
• Patient, caring and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with autism in a specialist SEND setting.
• Assist teaching staff with planning and delivery of activities.
• Promote pupil safety, welfare and inclusion at all times.
• Attend safeguarding training and ongoing professional development.
