Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with ASC both in and out of the classroom.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs.
• Help students develop communication, social, and emotional skills.
• Encourage engagement in learning activities.
• Assist with behaviour regulation and positive routines.
• Work closely with teachers and wider support staff to create a positive learning environment.
