Job summary

Supply Desk is seeking an Autism Support Assistant (ASC) for a specialist school in Whiteley. You will provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with ASC, helping them build confidence, communication and independence.

This in-person role offers outstanding specialist training, a supportive staff team, excellent facilities and long-term career opportunities. Daily pay is competitive at £85–£100.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SEND or autism is desirable.
  • Patient, caring and adaptable approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day

You'll support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), helping them build confidence, communication skills and independence in a nurturing learning environment.
