Job summary

Academics is seeking an Autism Support Assistant for a specialist school in Maidenhead. You will work closely with the teaching team to provide personalised support to students, 1:1 or in small groups, helping them access lessons and participate in school life.

The role focuses on developing communication, social interaction, emotional regulation and independence, with a view to building confidence and life skills. Immediate start and full-time hours offered.
