The role is full-time and long-term, with weekly PAYE pay and support from a local consultant. Training in SEND and autism is provided, with close collaboration with teachers to boost communication and independence.

A specialist SEND setting in Heaton is looking for an Autism Support Assistant to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition and associated communication needs.
The school is seeking someone patient, empathetic and resilient who can build strong relationships and provide consistent support throughout the school day.
Location: Heaton
Pay: £92.63 - £102 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term
