Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in Gateshead, supporting pupils with Autism and additional needs. You will provide 1:1 support and assist during lessons to help pupils build confidence and independence.

Experience with autism is desirable, but attitude and transferable experience are valued. The role offers ongoing support from a dedicated local consultant and access to free CPD and DBS training.

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEND school in Gateshead, supporting pupils with Autism and additional educational needs.

This is a rewarding role where you'll help pupils overcome barriers to learning, develop their confidence and become more independent.
