Aspris Education is seeking a passionate teacher for Ribble Autism School, focusing on personalised education for autistic pupils aged 4-11. The role requires QTS and experience with Autism and SEND, with a commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice and high expectations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to embed therapeutic approaches and develop the autism curriculum in line with school improvement priorities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience working with children with Autism and SEND is essential.
• Commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice and high expectations.

Responsabilités

• Plan, deliver and evaluate personalised learning programmes aligned to EHCP outcomes.
• Design meaningful learning experiences using SCERTS-informed pathways.
• Collaborate with Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists.
• Support and develop pupils' communication, social understanding and independence.
• Monitor progress and inform next steps using assessment data.
• Lead and contribute to curriculum development and CPD.
