Job summary

Autism Initiatives in the United Kingdom is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead an adult supported living service, driving quality outcomes and personalised support for adults with ASC.

You will manage the team, contracts, finances, health and safety and develop the service, with regular supervision and a strong focus on community engagement and independence for service users. Level 5 qualification preferred or obtainable on appointment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health and Social Care settings.
• Ability to deliver personalised services for adults with ASC.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Experience providing regular supervision and direction.
