Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a Newark-based secondary school, supporting students with SEND, predominantly Autism/ ASD. The role is full-time, temp-to-perm, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with daily pay rates of £104–£106.

You will provide individual and group support to access learning, help manage students' needs, and collaborate closely with staff to promote confidence, independence and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND.
• Experience supporting students with Autism/ ASD.
• Confident supporting secondary-aged students.
