Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with Autism and additional needs within SEN hubs.
• Providing both small group and individual support throughout the day.
• Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional regulation.
• Using clear routines and consistent approaches to help pupils feel settled.
• Assisting pupils during lessons and structured activities.
• Supporting communication, social interaction, and independence.
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN professionals.
