Job summary

Scottish Autism is hiring Autism Practitioners for Auchterarder (PH3 1D). Roles involve supporting an individual in their own home with a low arousal, trauma-informed approach. Shifts include days, evenings and sleepovers; sleepover pay is included. Training and benefits are provided to help you grow in the role.

Starting pay is £14.46 per hour, rising to £14.68, with progression to £15.16 at your own pace. Access to a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, collaborative approach to support wellbeing.
• Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to a rolling rota.
• Able to apply a low arousal approach and trauma-informed practice.
• UK driver’s license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support an individual in their own home and promote wellbeing.

• Ensure trauma-informed care is applied.
• Participate in a rolling rota including days, evenings, sleepovers and weekends.
