GSL Education Hull branch are currently hiring a dedicated Autism Learning Support Assistant to work within a specialist secondary educational setting in York. We are looking for someone who is familiar with ASC profiles and can provide consistent, personalised support to students with a range of communication, sensory, social, and learning needs.
As an Autism Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and specialist support staff to help students access the curriculum and participate positively in school life. You will provide structured support that promotes communication, emotional regulation, independence, and confidence while maintaining a calm and predictable learning environment.
