A leading educational organization in Halesowen is seeking a compassionate Autism Learning Support Assistant to support students with diverse needs. While direct school experience is not essential, backgrounds in care work or support roles are encouraged. Responsibilities include aiding classroom activities, delivering tailored interventions, and promoting student welfare. This temporary role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a nurturing environment.
Location: Halesowen
Hours: 35 hours per week (8:30am - 3:30pm)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and proactive Autism Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a natural affinity with children and a genuine desire to make a difference. While direct school experience is not essential, we welcome applicants with backgrounds in care work, support roles, youth services, psychology, or any role where you have supported vulnerable individuals. So if you have transferable skills from roles in education, healthcare, or social services, we'd love to hear from you.
