Responsibilities

• Co-deliver the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training with qualified Facilitating Trainers.
• Act as a lived experience specialist to enhance learning and professional practice.
• Lead learner engagement and facilitate discussions on sensitive topics.
• Share experiences in a structured, professional way to support reflection and change.
