Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Oliver McGowan Programme Administrator to deliver comprehensive administrative and coordination support for the Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism across the Trust and partner organisations.

The post holder will help implement and rollout the collaborative Greater Manchester training model, working with Facilitating Trainers, Co-Trainers, Experts by Experience and other health and social care partners.

Qualifications

• Coordinate training activities and maintain accurate records.
• Support communication with stakeholders and arrange venues.
• Assist with travel, access requirements and logistics for trainers across multiple locations.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the training programme.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training sessions.
• Maintain training databases and records in Trust systems.
• Process bookings, cancellations and attendance lists.
• Produce certificates and evaluation reports.
• Monitor training capacity and allocate places.
