Job summary

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a Learning Disability Co-Facilitator to co-deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training for health and social care staff. The role involves sharing lived experience and supporting online Tier 1 webinars and in-person Tier 2 sessions at the Croydon site.

Successful candidates join an experienced team and receive full training and ongoing support to become NHS England-accredited trainers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of learning disabilities and autism.
• Experience in applying reasonable adjustments in training situations.
• Ability to support learners with a learning disability or autism during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Co-deliver training with a facilitating trainer.
• Be part of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Team.
• Share lived experience to enrich learning for NHS and social care staff.
• Support the Team to achieve NHS England accreditation as a trainer.
