Wirral Council is seeking a Keyworker for the WALK team to support 0-25s with autism and/or learning disabilities within the Family Help Department. The role focuses on holistic assessment, multi-agency collaboration and safeguarding to improve outcomes and life experiences.

The successful candidate will work flexibly, handle a caseload, and use digital systems; NHS England funding applies. You must have the right to work in the UK. Recruitment email provided.

Qualificações

• Experience in mental health support for children and/or adults is desirable.
• Good ICT skills and ability to use digital platforms; training on local authority systems provided.

Responsabilidades

• Support individuals aged 0-25 with autism and/or learning disabilities within local communities.
• Work with multi‑agency teams to assess needs and coordinate actions.
• Assist in arranging Community Education Treatment Reviews when required.
• Manage a caseload and support professionals to deliver timely interventions.
