Job summary

Aspiring Lives is seeking a dedicated support worker in Wirral to follow care plans and risk assessments, delivering person-centred activities and daily living assistance. Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience of working with people with learning disabilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience of working in a stressful care and support environment would be beneficial.
• Flexible working will be required and the successful applicant would be expected to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engaging the clients with appropriate person centred activities
• Assisting with all aspects of Daily Living
• Ensuring the safety and welfare of the individuals with epilepsy, autism complex health needs
• Building positive relationship with the individuals and their families
