Job summary

Brook Street is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead Supported Living and Community Supported Living services in the Smethwick/Birmingham area, supporting adults with autism, complex needs and challenging behaviours. This role focuses on compliance, person-centered care and service development.

You will oversee care planning, budgeting, staff development, and regulatory compliance with CQC standards, while building strong relationships with families and professionals to drive

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience managing Supported Living services.
• Strong understanding of autism and complex needs.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with budgets, rotas, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Supported Living and Community Supported Living services.
• Ensure CQC compliance and regulatory standards are maintained.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff teams.
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and assessments.
