Quality Service Recruitment Limited in Worksop is seeking experienced weekend Support Workers to assist regular care staff in a bungalow-style home for up to 5 residents. The role focuses on supporting individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Learning Difficulties to promote independent living skills.

Shifts cover days, afternoons and nights with rates between £13.05 and £14.05 per hour. DBS within 6 months is required, plus up-to-date training.

Competenze

• Experience with Autism and Learning Difficulties is desirable but not essential.
• Empathetic, patient and highly motivated attitude towards care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.

Mansioni

• Support clients with personal care and maintain dignity.
• Follow individualised care and activity plans.
• Complete daily paperwork, logs and reports.
• Work with the care team during night checks.
