Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking experienced Support Workers in the Nottingham area for temporary to permanent roles. The role involves supporting individuals with autism, learning difficulties and complex care needs, with a person-centred approach to promote independent living and wellbeing.

Shifts include days, afternoons, and nights across a 37.5-hour week. Pay ranges £12.71–£16.45 per hour depending on experience and shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ months experience in a care environment (Autism awareness desirable)
• DBS dated within last 6 months or registered on the update service
• Mandatory training up-to-date, certificates preferred but full training provided
• Referenceable work history covering past 2 years
• Demonstrates passion to make a difference
• Safety Intervention training desirable

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care maintaining dignity and comfort
• Follow individualised care/activity plans for physical and emotional needs
• Complete daily logs to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in night checks
