Job summary

Autism East Midlands is recruiting for Casual Relief Support Workers at a site in Bolsover. You will support autistic individuals with activities they enjoy and help develop independent living skills, with full training provided.

The role offers diverse shift patterns (early, late, sleep-ins, weekends, bank holidays) on a rolling rota, with 24/7 support from the team. No prior experience required, just a positive attitude and commitment to safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic support including personal care, medication administration and community integration.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and follow IPC measures across the setting.
• Liaise with families, clinical team and external agencies while ensuring confidentiality.
• Assist with developing autism understanding and implement CALM and Positive Behaviour Support approaches.
