Vision for Education Ltd is looking for an SEN Tutor/Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism in a dedicated Alternative Provision SEN environment. You will assist in classroom activities, provide 1:1 support, and help with emotional and social development while enabling practical learning opportunities inside and outside the school day.
The role suits those with prior SEND experience and a genuine passion to help.

As a SEN Tutor/Teaching Assistant working with pupils with Autism, you will be responsible for supporting them in the classroom and beyond. You will need to be prepared for every day to be a different and unique challenge. This could include aspects such as active outside learning, 1:1 work, emotional support and even the opportunity to take pupils outside of school on trips.
This school is a dedicated Alternative Provision SEN school with a specialism in Autism who works with children who have struggled in mainstream. They offer a specialised curriculum to each individual pupil to best suit their needs and ensure they are getting the most out of each day. This school offers regular training sessions to staff to help develop a positive team ethos and always increasing knowledge and awareness around a variety of subjects.

£415 to £700 per week
