Job summary

Vision for Education are recruiting for an Autism Support Assistant to work in a primary-aged SEND school in Netherley. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday), starting as soon as possible, with the potential to lead to a permanent contract.

We also have positions available for a September start as well, so whether you are available now or planning ahead for the new academic year, we would like to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, young people or vulnerable adults in any capacity.
• Experience with supporting people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
• Great patience, drive and determination.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with Autism in a primary SEND school in Netherley.
• Work with teaching staff to implement learning activities and supports.
• Adhere to safeguarding procedures and contribute to a safe school environment.

Pay:£14.24 – £15 per hour (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
