Envision Education is seeking a dedicated Autism & ADHD Support Teaching Assistant for immediate start in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm in primary schools, delivering 1:1 and small-group support to students.
No formal TA qualification is required, but you will help pupils access learning, support emotional regulation, and build confidence. You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to create a safe, inclusive classroom environment.

Envision Education is recruiting Support Teaching Assistants for primary schools across Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. The role will involve providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils, helping them access learning, develop confidence and build independence.
No formal Teaching Assistant qualification is required.
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD and SEND
Helping pupils access classroom learning and activities
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Encouraging confidence, independence and social skills
Adapting your approach to meet individual needs
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
Building positive relationships with pupils
Creating a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Based in Bourne End or willing to commute
Available Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals
A caring, patient and proactive approach
Confident providing 1:1 or small-group support
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience with autism, ADHD or SEND is advantageous but not essential
Previous school experience is desirable but not essential
Experience from care, support work, childcare, nursery, youth work, residential care, mentoring or healthcare is welcomed.
