Envision Education is currently recruiting Unqualified Teaching Assistants for schools across Bourne End, with the majority of our opportunities based within primary settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to begin or develop their career within education using the skills and experience they have already gained.

We welcome applications from candidates who have experience working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals. Your previous experience could be highly transferable to a school environment.

You may have previously worked as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Youth Worker, Carer, Childcare Practitioner, Residential Support Worker, Sports Coach, Mentor or in another role involving children or young people.

The Role

As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing throughout the school day.

Your responsibilities may include:

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting individuals with SEND is advantageous but not essential

• Previous school experience is desirable but not essential
