Job summary

Forvis Mazars is seeking a Product Owner for Audit Tools & Techniques to own BAU governance and licence management for ATT solutions. You will ensure tools remain compliant, well-governed and embedded in audit delivery, coordinating with IT, procurement and audit teams.

You will maintain up-to-date guidance, monitor usage and drive improvements in audit technology aligned with ISQM1 and regulatory expectations. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in audit quality, governance or audit operations.
• Strong understanding of audit methodology and regulatory expectations (e.g., ISQM1).
• Proven stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tools, priorities and processes with strong control.
• High attention to detail in governance, documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the BAU lifecycle of ATTs and licensed audit tools post-delivery.
• Governance and compliance ownership for assigned tools, aligned to audit requirements.
• Oversee renewals, decommissioning and licence management processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts and performance monitoring.
• Provide guidance and training materials reflecting current tool functionality and regulatory expectations.
