Michael Page is representing a growing independent accountancy practice in Manchester seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join its leadership team. The role offers a genuine route to RI status and fast-track progression toward Partnership for the right candidate.

You will manage a portfolio of audit and audit/accounts clients, lead audits from planning to completion, and coach junior staff while driving business development within a client-focused firm.

Qualifications

• Be ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Have substantial experience within an accountancy practice environment.
• Have either: a predominantly audit background; or experience across both audit and accounts.
• Possess strong technical and client-facing skills.
• Have experience managing teams and reviewing work.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and leadership potential.
• Be motivated by the opportunity to progress to RI and Partnership level.
• Able to work from the firms Nantwich office.
