Crowe Watson Recruitment is partnering with a leading Glasgow firm to recruit an Audit Assistant Manager. The role focuses on planning, client relationships, and team development across a varied client portfolio.

The successful candidate will have UK practice experience, ACA/ACCA qualifications, and a strong grasp of UK GAAP/IFRS, with a track record of managing audits and leading teams. A supportive environment with flexible working and a clear progression path is offered.

Qualifications

• UK practice experience required.
• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Proven experience managing audit engagements and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning through to completion.
• Review the work of junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the audit process.
• Support the training and development of audit juniors and seniors.
• Liaise with partners on technical and client matters.
