Job summary

RSM UK is offering a graduate programme in External Audit. You will work with audit teams to review clients’ financial records and controls to ensure accurate statements and stakeholder confidence.

You’ll begin studying toward Chartered Accountant qualification as soon as you join and sit exams within the first few months. You’ll contribute from day one, collaborate across clients—from owner-managed to large groups—and may work at client sites or in the office.

Qualifications

• UCAS requirements: minimum points across A levels or equivalent
• Honours degree or expected honours
• Right to live and work in the UK for this role
• Effective written and verbal communication to convey complex information
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to solve problems
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices

Responsibilities

• Work with audit colleagues to conduct risk-focused reviews of client financial records, processes and controls.
• Help ensure the accuracy of financial statements and build trust with stakeholders.
• Study towards Chartered Accountant qualification from day one and complete exams early in the programme.
• Join client work quickly and take on increasing responsibility over time.
