Job summary

Insite Group is seeking an Audit & Accounts Senior to join our growing Bournemouth team. You will lead audit assignments and deliver high-quality statutory accounts for owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and groups, with a clear pathway toward Assistant Manager and Manager level.

You’ll work closely with Managers and Partners to develop junior staff, strengthen client relationships, and provide an exceptional client experience in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Experience with external audits and UK accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments from planning through completion.
• Collaborate with clients across industries and sectors.
• Prepare and review statutory accounts and financial statements.
• Support audit engagements for SMEs, corporate groups and not-for-profits.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients; act as main point of contact on audits.
• Identify risks and resolve audit and accounting issues.
• Assist in managing client portfolios and deadlines.
• Coach and mentor trainees and junior staff.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver excellent client service.
