Job summary

Insite Group is seeking an Audit Senior in the UK to take ownership of audits from planning through to completion. You will work closely with Managers and Directors across a varied client portfolio, leading onsite teams and ensuring high-quality delivery while building strong client relationships.

The role offers responsibility with a supportive culture focusing on development, wellbeing and a balance between professional growth and personal life.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
• Solid external audit experience
• Experience across a varied client portfolio
• Confident leading audit teams and communicating with clients
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Enjoy developing and supporting more junior team members
• Comfortable with technology; CCH experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits from start to finish
• Lead onsite audit teams and ensure high-quality delivery
• Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted contact
• Develop understanding of clients and their businesses
• Coach and support trainees and semi-senior staff
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business
• Gain exposure to a broad range of audits in owner-managed and other clients
