Job summary

Insite Group in Bournemouth is seeking an Audit & Accounts Senior to join its expanding team. The role offers exposure to a diverse client portfolio across owner-managed businesses, SMEs, corporate groups and not-for-profits.

You will take ownership of audit assignments, build client relationships and help develop junior staff while progressing toward Assistant Manager/Manager level. A collaborative environment values technical excellence and people development.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Experience auditing external audit assignments from planning to completion.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Work closely with clients across a broad range of industries and sectors.
• Prepare and review statutory accounts and financial statements.
• Support the delivery of audit engagements for SMEs, corporate groups and not-for-profit organisations.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
• Acting as a key point of contact throughout audit assignments.
• Identifying risks and resolving audit and accounting issues.
• Assisting with the management of client portfolios.
• Coaching, mentoring and supporting trainees and junior staff.
• Working collaboratively with Managers and Partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
