Job summary

Barber McLelland is partnering with a leading South Yorkshire Chartered Accountants firm to appoint an Audit and Accounts Director. The successful candidate will join the Senior Management Team, help steer growth, and maintain high-quality client service across audit, accounts and taxation.

Candidates must be ACA or ACCA qualified with RI status, have 5+ years post-qualification experience in practice, and excel at portfolio and team leadership.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification with RI status required.
• Proven track record managing a varied client portfolio in general practice.
• Extensive audit, accounting and taxation experience; 5+ years post-qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Senior Management Team and influence firm strategy.
• Lead delivery of audit, accounts and taxation services for clients.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business growth.
