Job summary

Barber Mclelland Ltd is seeking a Director-level ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with a proven track record in practice to take on a Partner-designate role within a leading regional firm of accountants in South Yorkshire.

You will oversee a diverse client portfolio, deliver accounting and business advisory services, lead marketing, and contribute to strategic direction while mentoring staff and driving new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Senior Manager/Director/Partner level experience.
• Proven track record in accountancy practice leadership and BD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of accounting and business advisory services.
• Lead regional office development and client ownership.
• Mentor staff and provide training opportunities.
