InHealth is an accredited provider of hearing services, alongside specialist balance and wax removal services, across the UK. Our GP direct referral, patient-centred, community audiology services are delivered from GP surgeries and community hospital locations, facilitating timely diagnosis for patients with hearing and balance problems as well as access to ongoing support and aftercare.
As an InHealth Audiologist, you will undertake standard and complex adult test procedures efficiently and effectively within current guidelines. You will adhere to best practice audiology techniques and provide expertise to ensure appropriate examination of patients. Working as part of a friendly team to a high standard, you will maintain professionalism and uphold relevant Codes of Practice.

Maternity Cover Audiologist Peterborough
Location: City Care Centre, Peterborough PE3 6DB (10-minute walk from train station, no on-site parking)
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday (four-day working week)
Clinic Hours: First patient at 8:00 AM, last patient at 4:30 PM (clinic closes at 5:45 PM)

Conducting standard and complex adult audiology assessments in line with best practices.
Triaging and processing patient referrals in accordance with BSA guidelines.
Running quality assurance checks on equipment and taking appropriate action when needed.
Ensuring a patient-centred approach, respecting individual customs, values, and beliefs.
Providing safe, effective care while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring data confidentiality.
Keeping professional competencies up to date through CPD activities.
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.
Proven knowledge of an Audiologist’s role in patient care and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong IT skills with accurate data entry and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Awareness of Data Protection (GDPR) and the Caldicott Principles.
Training in infection control, manual handling, and health & safety.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Audiological Science (or equivalent).
BAA/BSA Part 1 and Part 2.
Membership of RCCP, BAA, HCPC, or another relevant professional body.
