Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will deliver excellent customer care and audiology services.

  • Administer hearing tests, assess client needs, and inform them of options
  • Provide aftercare services in line with Amplifon standards
  • Manage the clinic with support from a Customer Care Coordinator, including staff management
  • Ensure a professional, courteous, and high-quality service
  • Create a positive customer journey exceeding expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, community, and clinicians
  • Ensure compliance with internal and legal guidelines
  • Plan clinic diary to meet commercial and customer needs
  • Achieve KPIs and implement action plans for underperformance
