We are looking for a dedicated Audiologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to join our Amplifon branch in Northampton.

About the role

You will work in our store with a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Advisor, managing your diary and greeting customers to focus on delivering the best customer care.

You will be dedicated exclusively to the Northampton branch, allowing you to focus on your customers and establish a strong local reputation.

As the sole audiologist in the store, you'll manage each customer's experience from start to finish, building strong relationships and providing personalized care.

Opportunity to earn commission from day one with uncapped potential earnings.

£40,000 salary plus a company car or £3,000 car allowance.

Free hearing aid trials for customers with hearing loss.

Support from our UK Head Office Marketing team to attract customers.

Responsibilities

• Administer hearing tests and assess client needs, informing them of options
• Provide aftercare in line with Amplifon standards
• Manage the clinic with support from a Sales & Customer Advisor, including staff management
• Ensure professional, courteous, high-quality service
• Create a positive customer journey exceeding expectations
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, the local community, and other clinicians
