Audio Visual Pre Sales Engineer, South (Hybrid)

The Role:

As a key team member, you'll provide technical support to sales and clients, build strong relationships, and develop top-tier end-user solutions. Your responsibilities include:

1. Conducting site surveys to gather information for solutions.
2. Attending client meetings to determine technical and business needs.
3. Building relationships and understanding client requirements.
4. Estimating costs and preparing quotations for AV projects.
5. Offering technical support to sales and clients.
6. Developing end-user solutions, technical drawings, and designs.
7. Providing professional technical solutions within deadlines.
8. Delivering technical presentations internally and externally.
9. Coordinating operations and maintenance (O&M).
10. Maintaining technical relationships with vendors and distributors, staying updated on product developments.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Deep professional AV engineering knowledge: Audio DSPs, VC platforms, Video distribution, basic networking.
• Experience working with commercial AV clients.
• Knowledge of network audio standards (Dante, AES67, AVB).
• Experience with VC/UC platforms (Zoom, Teams, Meet).
• Avixa CTS Certification (CTS / CTS-I / CTS-D).
• Proven skills in requirements gathering, design, and solution development.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels.
• A collaborative team player who earns client trust effortlessly.
