Job summary

Prospero Integrated in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced project manager to lead complex Audio Visual or technology infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with safety and contractual requirements on site in Birmingham.

The role requires a proven track record delivering on time and within budget, strong communication with clients and stakeholders, and hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• Three years' experience delivering complex Audio Visual or technology infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Proven experience leading complex AV installations and multi-room deployments.

• Experience delivering projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Proven experience leading complex AV Installations and multi-room deployments.

• Confident decision-maker in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership of AV standards, governance, and best practices
• Strong mentoring skills and team leadership.
