Zenith International, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring an Associate Director, Audience Strategy & Insights to join our EMEA Strategy team supporting HP across both B2C and B2B businesses. You’ll shape how audience understanding drives smarter marketing decisions and measurable growth.

Working at the intersection of strategy, insight, data and innovation, you'll play a key role in bringing audiences into every important decision.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in strategy, audience insight, media, analytics or related discipline.
• Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience using audience, market and media research tools for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of audience-led strategies that connect business objectives with marketing, media and customer experience outcomes.
• Turn research, behavioural data and market intelligence into clear strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
• Champion audience thinking across briefs, planning processes and client decision-making.
• Drive the adoption and application of audience and identity capabilities across priority EMEA markets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Planning, Analytics, Content, Commerce and Client Leadership to deliver integrated solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions and stakeholder engagements that build confidence and capability across teams.
• Define success measures, evaluate impact and share learnings that continuously improve strategic effectiveness and client outcomes.
