Job summary

Spark Foundry is hiring an Associate Director for Audience Strategy & Enablement to shape how audience insights are used across media planning, activation and measurement. You will unite planners, activation specialists, market teams and platform partners, turning data capabilities into practical value.

You will work with platforms, learn quickly, and help others adopt new ways of working, leading with a practical, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

Strong experience in media planning, audience planning and media strategy.
Understanding of audience insight informs campaign decisions.
Curiosity about audiences, data and technology with ability to learn new platforms.
Experience using insights or platform outputs to influence planning or activation.

Responsibilities

Support rollout and growth of Connected Identity across priority EMEA markets.
Link audience strategy with media planning, activation and measurement.
Translate briefs into audience/data requirements for value.
Collaborate with audience analytics platforms to guide media teams.
Provide documentation and training to enable workflow adoption.
Build relationships with clients, market teams and partners to keep work moving.
Offer direction and contribute a clear point of view to the team.
