Qualifications

• Experience in client servicing or account management within a media agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital media channels and their role in integrated campaigns.
• Ability to translate business needs and insights into strategic recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging briefs and presentations.
• Collaborative approach to working with clients, internal specialists and teams across markets.
• Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to inclusive leadership and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual media planning for brands, translating priorities into strategies and campaigns.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and offer constructive recommendations.
• Oversee campaign delivery throughout the year to meet objectives and quality standards.
• Coordinate planning, investment and specialist teams to improve performance and growth.
• Partner with regional and local teams to ensure consistency and shared learning.
• Manage workflows, forecasting and day-to-day priorities, enabling effective teamwork.
• Coach juniors, set expectations and foster continuous development.
