Job summary

Hearst UK is seeking an Audience Data Growth Manager to drive the expansion of our contactable audience database. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships and performance, identifying and scaling data acquisition opportunities while balancing volume, quality and cost-efficiency.

You will own the roadmap for audience growth initiatives and ensure alignment with downstream conversion goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in data acquisition, lead generation, or audience growth in media or subscription environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, performance optimisation, and a commercial mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems, data capture processes, data pipelines, APIs, or SQL.
• Analytical mindset with a test‑and‑learn approach and ability to inform investment decisions.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration across marketing, analytics, engineering, and product teams.
• Understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and governance best practice.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver growth strategies to expand the audience data base across partnerships and paid media.
• Optimise lead generation performance balancing volume, quality, cost‑efficiency and downstream impact.
• Collaborate with CRM, subscription marketing, analytics, engineering and product teams for data capture and usage.
• Manage external partners and data providers ensuring GDPR compliance and governance standards.
• Develop knowledge of data sources, feeds, and pipelines and ensure accurate integrations.
