Job summary

Hearst UK in London seeks an Audience Data Growth Manager to expand the contactable audience across its brands. You will identify, test and scale data acquisition opportunities while balancing volume, quality and cost-efficiency. You’ll own the roadmap for audience growth initiatives and ensure alignment with downstream goals.

You’ll work with CRM, analytics, engineering and product teams to ensure data capture, flow, and governance are effective and well-documented.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data acquisition for media or subscription businesses.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance optimization.
• Experience with CRM data capture, data pipelines, feeds, APIs or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver strategies to grow the audience data across Hearst UK's brands.
• Test and scale data acquisition channels balancing volume, quality and cost.
