Hearst UK in London seeks an Audience Data Growth Manager to expand the contactable audience across its brands. You will identify, test and scale data acquisition opportunities while balancing volume, quality and cost-efficiency. You’ll own the roadmap for audience growth initiatives and ensure alignment with downstream goals.

Hearst UK operates an in office policy with flexible Friday's. Our office is based at House of Hearst, 30 Panton Street, St James's, London, SW1Y 4AJ, where teams collaborate in person and connect across brands and functions.
We're looking for an Audience Data Growth Manager to drive the expansion of Hearst UK's contactable audience database. This role is focused on acquiring high-quality, permissioned consumer data to support subscription growth and wider marketing activity across our portfolio of brands.
You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and performance, identifying, testing, and scaling new data acquisition opportunities while balancing volume, quality, and cost-efficiency. You’ll own the roadmap for audience growth initiatives and ensure alignment with downstream conversion goals.
You’ll also act as the go-to expert on audience data flows across the business, developing a deep understanding of data sources and feeds, proactively monitoring performance and quality, and working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure integrations are implemented, maintained, and optimised effectively.
