Qualifications

• Compassionate and resilient with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare is advantageous.
• Experience in a school attendance, pastoral or welfare setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Reduce persistent absence and support pupil welfare while ensuring compliance with statutory attendance requirements.
• Analyse attendance data and implement effective interventions to improve attendance.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver an excellent service and safeguard pupil welfare.
