Job summary

Hazel Wood High School is seeking an Attendance Officer to promote excellent attendance and punctuality across the school. You will work closely with students, families, pastoral teams and senior leaders to remove barriers to learning and monitor attendance trends.

Experience of school attendance processes and MIS systems, such as Arbor, would be advantageous. You should be able to build positive relationships, manage data securely, and contribute to strategies that support every student's
