Talbot Primary School is seeking an Attendance Officer to join the busy school business team. The role requires high levels of organisation, discretion and professional communication to support attendance tracking and data analysis.

You will oversee registration, generate reports for leadership, and maintain confidential records using BromCom MIS and CPoms. The post is term-time only with a fixed annual salary and a supportive environment for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar school attendance role.
• Strong organisational and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to liaise with parents, staff and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record pupil attendance daily and manage absences.
• Provide administrative support to Headteacher, SBM and Office Team.
• Liaise with Parents/Carers, staff, Governors and external agencies.
