Job summary

Brink’s Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the engineering team in Preston. You will service ATMs, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot customer issues on site, ensuring top-level service. A UK driving license and independent work ethic are essential.

You will collaborate with customers, document repairs, and stay current with product knowledge through ongoing training. The role requires weekend availability and offers a full 4-on 4-off schedule with a company vehicle and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service engineering; ATM experience desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Willingness to work on weekends/holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on ATMs (Triton, Wincor, NCR).
• Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Document all service transactions and repairs with accurate records.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and complete ongoing training.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards.
